Welcome

NeuroFit™ is a proactive approach to slowing the progression of Parkinson’s, MS, stroke and other neurological movement disorders. NeuroFit participants and their caregivers engage in this small group, supervised movement program to learn techniques for improving balance, flexibility, voice power and functional movement.

A unique approach

Utilizing a combined approach of The John Argue Method©, Unpredicatable Command Technique , communications practice and traditional functional fitness methods, NeuroFit offers improvements beyond expectations.

Schedule

NeuroFit™ participants begin with an 8-week (16 sessions) beginner program. Ongoing graduate classes offered on a 12 week rotation.

Designed as a proactive approach to slowing the progression of neurological disease symptoms and improving quality of life, clients and their caregivers receive individual attention in private, small group sessions.

Quantity & Quality

Designed as an evvidence-based program, NeuroFit offers quantitative and qualitative results. Sessions are held two days a week and typically last 60 minutes.

Each individual who enrolls in NeuroFit will experience a private consultation and fitness assessment prior to beginning their participation. Upon graduation, the 12-week continuation program is offered or a home based plan created. We have witnessed first hand that discontinuing results in loss of benefits gained from the program so retention is essential.
